CHALLENGE

So far however, all microencapsulated products, have neither control over their capsule size nor a uniform size distribution. Controlled and uniform microencapsulation offers significant benefits to the product, such as: 

precise dosing

controlled release properties

increased stability

BREAKTHROUGH

We developed and patented a prototype that enables a scalable device to produce precise microcapsules.

We increase controlled microcapsule and microparticle production by a factor of 1000 relative to today's processes, which are irreproducible and not scalable.

We envision an upscalable encapsulation platform, which enables size control, increased stability, and precise doses in microencapsulated products.
